The major areas of operation of this Organization are Taxation particularly the Customs, Goods and Services Tax, erstwhile Central Excise and Service Tax Law, Import Export matters, Foreign Trade Policy (DGFT), Free Trade Agreements, Trade Promotion matters, SEZ and EOUs, FEMA, Company Law, Banking Laws, NCB matters related matters. HNM Legal Services is also engaged on disseminating free information and providing free Legal Advice online as well as offline on various issues of Taxation as mentioned above. The main purpose of this website is to provide periodical information to our clients as well as the general public by way of News letters and/or other possible /available means of communication like Emails, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter etc.
At HNM Legal Services, our team/panel consists of members having vast and practical experiences in representing our clients in above mentioned areas at Departmental levels as well as in various Courts of Law.
