HNM Legal Services, a Law firm, is engaged in Legal cases / Legal consultancy, Legal Advice, Legal Aid and related Services in Tax matters especially in Customs, Goods and Services Tax (GST), erstwhile Central Excise and Service Tax Law, Export & Import / Foreign Trade Policy (DGFT) matters, Advance Ruling, SVB Cases, Free Trade Agreements, Trade Promotion matters, SEZ and EOUs, FEMA, Company Law, Banking Laws, NCB matters and related matters. The firm is actively engaged in representing clients before various Legal Forums particularly the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Goods & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), other Appellate and Quasi Judicial authorities in Customs, GST, Service Tax, Excise , Foreign Trade and other related forums / fields.
Interns may be required to associate in Legal Research, drafting of Appeals and replies, general drafting, Review of Case Files, Case analysis, participation in client meetings, replying to client queries and other related works under the advice of seniors and experts.
