India extends anti‑dumping duties on Malaysian clear float glass:


The Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance issued Notification No. 22/2025‑Customs (ADD) on 10 July 2025, extending the anti‑dumping duty on clear float glass from Malaysia. Originally imposed on 11 November 2020 under Notification No. 37/2020‑Customs (ADD), the duty was retained following a sunset review initiated on 27 March 2025 by the Designated Authority under Section 9A(5) of the Customs Tariff Act and Rule 23 of the 1995 Rules. The extension now applies until 10 February 2026, unless revoked, superseded, or amended earlier. The importers have to pay ADD on clear float glass imported from Malaysia until the new expiry date.
